It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting this inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
1. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is returned in a dirty/containing food condition then the person renting it will incur a $100.00 cleaning charge.)
2. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the Inflatable. Please make sure your pockets are empty. Please make sure there is no sharp objects on jeans or clothing. SOCKS PREFERRED
3. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired)
4. No smoking on or around the Inflatable.
5. NO barbeques around the Inflatable.
6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not over crowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
8. Ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others or the bounce house.
9. No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at anytime.
10. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous.
11. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous.
12. Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately while using the bounce house.
13. Always set up rental on grass, concrete or hardwood. Absolutely no dirt, sand or asphalt will ruin bottom the bounce house and cause damage that is not repairable. Replacement cost of one unit is $2,000.00.
14. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check your breaker(s) and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. Make sure the blower does not fall over the intake will be obstructed and will also suck up sand like a vacuume. If the unit is used in sand or dirt the unit and blower will suck up the dirt and the blower will stop working!! The unit and blower will sustain unrepairable damage!! Replacement cost for a new unit is $2000.00! In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately!! (818) 484-1520. Never try to repair blower or bounce house yourself!!
15. Under no circumstances can the bounce house be used or left out in the rain. This will result in a safety concern and a damaged bounce house. Covering it over with a tarp does not work! The unit must be taken in to a secure location when not in use.
16. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without Adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the Inflatable.
17. No glitter or confetti to be used in or around the unit at any time! Glitter and confetti consumed by the blower can cease its operation!
INITIALS HERE AFTER READING RULES OF RENTAL AGREEMENT.
1. This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition.
2. Customer agrees to company right to enter the premises of customer at anytime to repossess said equipment.
3. Customer agrees to reimburse Bounce house Rentals for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 50% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by Bounce house Rentals to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract.
4. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location that is stated on contract.
5. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages/miss use to rental equipment.
6. Customer will not attempt to do any repairs to the bounce house or blower on their own. Please do not put any type of tape or patch on the bounce house. Please do not try to open blower or tamper with plug or cord. Please contact us right away if you have repair needs or concerns.
7. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $2000.00. Never leave rental equipment outside over night. Always bring unit indoors to a secure location when not in use!
The person(s) or organization renting this Equipment from Bounce house Rentals will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.

INTIAL HERE ACKNOWLEDGING YOU AGREE TO PAY A CLEANING FEE OF $100 IF BOUNCE HOUSE IS RETURNED WET, DIRTY OR SANDY OR CONTAINING FOOD OR DRINK DAMAGE THAT REQUIRES EXTRA CLEANING TIME.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP: BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. rental terms are for 6-hour periods. Deliveries can begin as early as 8 am and pick up time can be as late as 9 pm. There is an overnight option for events that may go later into the night, which will allow for your jumper to be picked up the following morning. Drivers will need a 3-hour delivery and pickup window.
DELIVERY During delivery, the adult making the payment must be present to sign the paperwork. The customer is required to check the unit(s) prior to the driver’s departure. Delivery charge, up to 15 miles, is included in the pricing for all jumpers.
PICKUP: Pickups will begin from your requested time, and not before, but can range up to 3 hours after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. If the driver is running late or should anything happen, you will be notified immediately.
SETUP: Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or hardwood. Customer MUST notify BOUNCE-O- MANIA L.L.C. of the type of surface during reservation. The customer must make certain there is sufficient space for setup and bouncer. If, upon delivery time, BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. discovers there is not ample space, then a cancellation fee may be applied up to the full amount of the rental. Hills or slight inclines in setup location should be a maximum of 5 degrees.
STAIRS: Customer MUST inform BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. of any stairs/steps present in the area of setup. Maximum of 5 stairs/steps allowed for inflatables. If steps surpass the maximum allowed, there will either be a Delivery Fee applied or reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be applied.
WATER SLIDES: Water slides require a regular garden hose spigot (head) within range of the setup area. Water slides DO NOT come with mats or any cushions to be placed under the pool area, if a customer wishes to place mats for extra cushion, they need to provide it during the delivery time. Water should be turned off when the water slide or slip n slide is not being used.
SITE PREPARATION: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the setup site is prepared; for example, lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, and location cleared, before the driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, he or she might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee might be applied.
Underground Utilities: Please be ready to inform the driver of the existence of any underground utilities (i.e. phone lines, gas lines, septic system, etc.), that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment, and/or landscaping resulting from equipment installation.
DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit (Venmo or Zelle) is required when placing an order. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or cash upon delivery.
CASH: Customer is required to have exact cash amount for the balance due since drivers do not carry change with them.
TAX: The property is being leased (rented) in substantially the same form as acquired by the lessor (renter) and the lessor (renter) acquired the property in a transaction that was a retail sale with respect to which the retailer reported and paid sales tax or as to which the lessor (renter) has paid use tax measured by the purchase price of the property. Therefore, there is no tax charged to our rental products.
CANCELATION POLICY: If a customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so within 72 HOURS (3 days) before their reservation day. If the customer cancels their order 48 hours (1-2 days) of their reservation date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the rental total will be applied. If the customer cancels their order the day of the rental, they will be charged 25% of the rental amount.
If the customer cannot get a hold of the company, or has called after business hours, it is still the customer's responsibility to leave a message (818-484-1520) in the company's messaging system about cancelling their reservation AND sending an email to bounceomaniarentals@gmail.com regarding the cancellation.
RAIN POLICY: In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 10mph) during your rental date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day of delivery without any cancellation fee (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% likelihood). Customer MUST CONTACT and cancel before 7am on the day of the event (voicemail and emails before 7am are ok for cancellation). If the customer cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. can deliver if weather conditions get better.
If the customer decides to go ahead with the order, even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns, with NO refund provided.
During rain/inclement weather, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatables; therefore, we do cancel orders during raining/inclement weather days. However, since people do have events and parties that are usually planned out weeks/months before, or may take place indoors, we give customers the decision to deliver the order or cancel it for days that are predicted to rain.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. to cancel their order or go through with it during these rain/inclement weather days before 7am. If the customer decides to cancel the order once BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. driver has already arrived at their location, then BOUNCE-O- MANIA L.L.C. reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee for not contacting before delivery and for making our driver do the labor work and drive out to your location.
ELECTRICAL RESPONSIBILITY: Providing adequate electricity is solely the customer’s responsibility. Customers must make sure there are an adequate number of electrical outlets, with sufficient power, to keep the units working properly. If there are no electrical outlets available at the setup location, then a Generator will be required.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS: Electrical outlets must be capable of providing a dedicated minimum of 15 Amps for each blower. Make sure the electric outlet you intend to use is equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI, most new electric outlets are). Please check all electrical outlets you plan to use for BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. equipment to ensure there will be an adequate supply of electricity. Insufficient electricity can create major problems during the rental period (i.e. setup delays, constant deflation). Therefore, we urge all customers to make preparations and exam electrical outlets to make sure they will provide sufficient electricity.
SUPERVISION OF INFLATABLES: Customer is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants using BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. products. Therefore, there should be a responsible and mature adult supervising the operation of the units at all times. Safety of all participants in units is the responsibility of the person supervising. All units come with safety instructions (usually located on the front of the unit), which need to be read and understood by any and all people supervising. Participants inside the units SHOULD NOT, AT ANY TIME, be allowed to do anything that is/are prohibited by the safety rules. Blatant disregard of the safety rules may result in physical injuries and/or additional fees for any food, silly string, or items not allowed.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING carefully before signing this waiver of liability.
On behalf of all children and adults in my care participating in activities at involving the inflatable bounce houses, I
acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver as identified below:
1. There are risks, both known and unknown, using any inflatable or amusement device, including, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, damage to personal property, distress, paralysis and even death. The risk of serious injury from participating in inflatable bounce house activities, although minimal, does exist, as it does in all play and amusement activities.
2. If the inflatable bounce house is being used outdoors, if there are wind gusts up to 10 MPH, I will remove all individuals from the inflatable bounce house and deflate it to ensure safety of all participants
3. I and the children and adults in my care who will participate in any inflatable bounce house activities are physically, mentally and emotionally fit to participate in such activities.
4. Should any children be dropped off in my care for use of the inflatable bounce house, I will inform them to follow all rules of participation and will trust their judgment or the judgment or my representative in their safe participation. I understand BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C. does not provide a sitting service and is not responsible in their safe participation.
5. I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my family members, children and adults in my care, my heirs, my guests, executors, administrators, representatives, successors, assigns and next of kin, knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury and agree to hold harmless BOUNCE-O-MANIA L.L.C., its owners, managers, agents and employees with respect to any claims, demands, causes or rights of action, even if arising from the actions, acts of omission or negligence of said entities or individuals.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS FOR MYSELF AND THOSE FOR WHOM I HAVE ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY. BY MY SIGNATURE, I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
